Cienna Davis is a co-founder of Soul Sisters Berlin where she curates events and activities to foster community and empower Black women in Berlin. Cienna is completing her Masters in North American Studies at the FU Berlin where her most recent research focuses upon Black Feminist Theory, Afrofuturism, media, representations of Blackness, and colorism. She is originally from San Diego, California.
At Ballhaus Naunynstraße, Cienna Davis has participated in Nasheeka Nedsreal’s performance New Growth (2019) and in the theater production Mirror, Mirror (2019) as part of the collective Soul Sisters.
