Clara Herrmann was born in Berlin in the spring of 1985, has a degree in geography and lives in the district of Friedrichshain-Kreuzberg. From 2006-2016, Clara Herrmann was a member of the Berlin House of Representatives, where she served on the Main Committee and the Committee for the Protection of the Constitution, among others. For the Bündnis 90/Die Grünen parliamentary group, she was, among other things, spokesperson for the area of strategies against right-wing extremism. Since mid-December 2016, she has been a district councilor for finance, environment, culture and further education.
