Coco Calypso (aka Claire Thérésin) is a DJ and performer. She has been immersed in sound since childhood. Growing up in Paris, London, and Berlin, her sound has its own complexity, with Caribbean sounds, especially from Martinique, at its core. The goal of her sets: celebrating the Afro-diaspora. When she’s not DJing for radio sessions or clubs, she puts her energy into PSYCHO CALYPSO, founded with her brother, DJ and producer Paul Souljoyce (aka Paul Thérésin). At Ballhaus Naunynstraße, her beats can be heard at the Sound Of The Souls party as part of the Black Berlin Black – Festivity festival.
