Danny Goodman
Danny Goodman (*1989) was born in Ravensburg and studied German philology, majoring in literary studies, at the Free University of Berlin. After graduating, he began working as an assistant director and dramaturg. Among others at Ballhaus Naunynstraße, Schlosspark Theater ,Theater Münster and Ballhaus Ost. At Ballhaus Naunynstraße he took over the assistant directing position for the play Jung, giftig und Schwarz by Thandi Sebe and Amina Eisner in 2015. In addition to his work as an assistant, he initiated several projects of his own as a writer and director. For example, since 2016 he has written several scripts for short films, and he has since been able to produce and direct five. In 2016 and 2018 he participated as a writer for the format 24h Theater at Brotfabrik Berlin. He made his own theater directing debut in 2017 with the production of his play Humanismus at TiK Süd Berlin. In 2019 his second play Undurchdringbar (text and direction) followed at Theaterhaus Mitte Berlin.
