Jasmine LEE Ching-Hui currently teaches as an assistant professor at the Visual Communication Design and Liberal Arts Center at Da-Yeh University, Taiwan. She has worked as an independent filmmaker for twenty years, focusing on gender relations, family, and migration. Since graduating from the Institute of Sound and Image Documentary at National Tainan University, she has been continuously working in the field of education. Her works won the Busan International Film Festival’s and Distribution Award and the first prize of the International Women’s Film Festival in Seoul, among others.
