Nicole Sartirani was born in Italy in 1983. She studied languages and cultural mediation at La Sapienza University/Rome. Afterwards she studied acting and started writing her own plays as a dramaturge/screenwriter, in which she directed herself and was part of the ensemble. Parallel to her studies, Nicole Sartirani worked in retail at trade fairs and in project management. In 2012 she moved to Berlin and worked at the Berlinale. In 2015, she got into gastronomy through a good friend. With her help, their newly opened restaurant became a success.
