Patricia Talacko was born in Switzerland in 1976 as the child of Czech immigrants. After studying stage and costume design at the Academy of Performing Arts in Prague, she worked in the Czech Republic, Russia, Switzerland and especially in Germany at various theaters (including Staatsschauspiel Stuttgart, Thalia Theater Hamburg, Schauspiel Köln, Schauspiel Dortmund, Theater Basel, Münchner Kammerspiele, etc.) with directors Claudia Bauer, Armin Petras, Kai Ohrem, Jo-Anna Hamann, David Bösch and Laurent Chétouane. She lives in Prague and is primarily active in the art scene there with the performance and music duo Puškin/Talacko.
