Sinthujan Varatharajah is an essayist, researcher and currently an Open City Fellow of the Open Society Foundation. Sinthujan holds a MSc in Race, Ethnicity and Postcolonial Studies (LSE) and is a PhD Candidate in Political Geography (UCL). Their work focuses on social housing, spatial marginalisation and geographies of power. Sinthujan currently curates the Berlin-based talk series Dissolving Territories – Cultural Geographies of a new Eelam.
