Isabel Kwarteng-Acheampong

Isabel Kwarteng-Acheampong is born as a black queer woman in Siegen. While studying Media she created her first own movies capturing marginalized realities in Germany. After finishing her Bachelor she moved to Berlin to start her Masters in African Studies and also got involved in theatre projects in Togo and Germany dealing with the traces of colonialism. Now Isabel is trying to find more ways to combine her two passions theatre and movie making with socially relevant topics like racism, empowerment and intersectional feminism.
