But has anything changed in Germany since the terror cell was exposed on November 4th, 2011? What is the general public‘s reaction?

Usually, when political scandals are exposed, this has far-reaching consequences in politics. At the same time an extensive discourse addressing the incidents is initiated in society and the media. None of this happened in the case of the NSU murders.
