Papa Rainbow, Fan´s third film in a trilogy about LGBT-families in China, documents the perspectives of six Chinese fathers in regard to their queer children. Their willingness to protest against their children´s discrimination in a repressive social environment is impressive, and models as an act of resilience and pioneer activism for an equal and diverse society.
