Opening hours of the box office on performance days Monday to Saturday: 5:30 PM to 8:00 PM, Sunday: 4:30 PM to 7:00 PM (cash payments only, no debit or credit cards).
Opening hours of the box office on non-performance days Monday to Friday from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM (cash payments only, no debit or credit cards). On non-performance days, the box office is closed on Saturdays and Sundays.

Reserved tickets must be collected no later than half an hour before the event starts! Tickets not collected in time go on general sale. Online tickets: Admission begins a quarter of an hour before the performance; please arrive in time. No late admissions will be allowed.

Ticket prices
Theatre performances: 14 / 8 €
Reduced tickets for students, apprentices, university students, recipients of unemployment benefits, holders of a disabled person’s pass (free admission for carers of visitors with disabilities classified with “B” in their disabled pass).
Reduced tickets can be booked by phone; verification must be presented at the box office.
Ballhaus Naunynstraße is part of the Berlin State’s “Fairgnügen” program. Under certain conditions, people receiving social benefits can obtain tickets for €3. Subject to availability, a discounted €3 ticket can be purchased at the box office from 30 minutes before the performance begins.
No reservations are possible. The offer does not apply to premieres or special events. Further information about the discounts is available at Fairgnügen Berlin.
Tanzcard
Holders of a tanzcard can purchase tickets for events marked accordingly in the programme for 11€.
Bonus card
With our stamp card you receive free admission to every sixth event at the box office. Get your personal stamp card at our box office.
Print@home
Please print tickets purchased online on your printer. Only tickets printed beforehand are valid as entrance tickets; they do not need to be collected at the box office. By request the purchased tickets can also be delivered to you by mail.

Your coat, bags and backpacks can be stored in lockers. Please bring a 1-euro coin for the lock, or purchase a BALLHAUS chip for 1.50 euros.
Photo and audio/video recording of events is not allowed. Please switch off mobile phones before the start of events.

A NOTE: The event operators reserve the right to make use of their householder rights, refusing to admit or excluding persons from the event that are members of right-wing extremist parties or organisations, are associated with the right-wing extremist scene or have in the past made their mark with racist, nationalist, anti-Semitic or any other type of contemptuous statement.
