Anne Haug was born in Basel and studied acting at the Berlin University of the Arts. During her studies she performed in various productions at the Deutsches Theater and Maxim Gorki Theater Berlin and worked with René Pollesch. From 2009-2011 she was in the ensemble of the Theaterhaus Jena. Since 2011 she has been working as a freelance actress in Berlin and Switzerland for theater and film. Currently she can be seen in the productions Past is Present by Corinne Maier and in Princess & Terrorist by Zino Wey/Anne Haug at various houses and festivals, in the feature film Männer zeigen Filme and Frauen ihre Brüste. With her duo Projekt Schooriil she has a regular late night show at Sophiensaele Berlin. After Scheppernde Antworten auf dröhnende Fragen, Kings is her second production at Ballhaus Naunynstraße.
