Lewamm Ghebremariam is a cultural entrepreneur and diversity consultant with a nearly ten-year history of founding various cultural and socio-political initiatives. Since last year, she has been running her boutique agency „Lemlem Culture“, offering consultancy and production services rooted in diversity, equality and inclusion. As an executive board member of Clubcommission e.V. and co-founder of the „Awareness Academy“, she is at the forefront of raising awareness, reducing discrimination and promoting a diverse and sustainable club culture and beyond.
