Patrick Pinheiro
Patrick Pinheiro spent his youth between soccer, scouting, folk music and hip-hop. He gained his first acting experience at the Theater der Jugend in Munich and at the age of 15 was given an ongoing role in an ARD evening series. He writes his first scripts and successfully tries his hand at comedy acting during his exchange year in the USA. This was followed by smaller and larger roles on German TV and in the theater, including at the Thalia in Hamburg.
Deterred by the stereotype production of the commercial film and television industry, he carries out video projects with young people, particularly as part of the project TheMessage, which he initiated and which he realizes with young people from Kreuzberg at Kottbusser Tor. There is a lot of positive feedback, but hardly any funding. As a result, and now the father of a son, he returns to commercial TV productions; guest roles and leading roles on TV and in independent cinema productions follow. At the same time, he studies bodywork according to the Grinberg method, works in a practice with individual clients and founds a team for mobile massages at events and in offices.
At Ballhaus Naunynstraße, he appeared on stage in Toks Körner’s drama Walking Large, directed by Atif Mohammed Nor Hussein. He was part of the theater workshop Extended Cooperation Vol. II; he acts as an actor in the production Your Baggage Unattended (aka Extended Cooperation Vol. II), directed by Thu Hoài Tran.
