Sarah Bergh studied education, psychology and theatre arts. After 10 years of production management at a theatre and for several theatre/dance and performance festivals, she has been working independently since 2002 with her agency for conception and realization of art and cultural projects (berghkuk.de//freispiel.info). Her work focuses on civic education, specifically on the issues of migration in education, human rights, discrimination/racism and self-assertion/empowerment. In this context she has developed numerous mediation projects for young people. Since 2015 she has been working for the division for civic education at the Pedagogical Institute/Department of Education and Sports of the City of Munich.
