Funk is not dead!

A comedy by İdil Üner und Tunçay Kulaoğlu

Diversity has long since come out of the cultural niche it was once confined to. Established radio producer Klaus Hartmann launches a competition titled: „Colourful Germany ‒ I think in Turkish and write in Germa“n and the prize goes to one of these women with difficult names. She writes about her dreams far from the pious confines of Germany, about Leyla ‒ a woman who lives and dies for love on the banks of the beautiful Bosporus. Unfortunately for the author, the actress cast as stormy Leyla, Deniz Temkinli, spontaneously decides to make a few changes to the story, which devoted fan and follower Klaus Hartmann is all too ready to embrace.

Based on the movie Radio No Jikan by Koki Mitani.
