POSTMIGRANT*INNEN ON TOUR: CAMINHOS DAS ÁGUAS – UNAUFHALTSAMES FLIESSEN AUF TOURNEE IN MEXIKO

The dance performance Caminhos das Águas – Unaufhaltsames Fließen (Unstoppable Flow), created as part of the Black feminist series Wie ich werde, wie ich sein will (How I Become Who I Want to Be) at Ballhaus Naunynstraße, has been invited to the 45th International Festival for Contemporary Dance “Lila López” in San Luis Potosí (October 10, 2025), the Centro Cultural del Bosque in Mexico City (October 14, 2025), and the Festival Internacional de Danza Jalisco in Guadalajara (October 19, 2025). Choreographer Fernanda Costa will take to the stage herself during this tour, alongside dancers Amada Tinoco and Lia Estelle Widmaier.

A production by Kultursprünge im Ballhaus Naunynstraße gemeinnützige GmbH in cooperation with the Goethe-Institut Mexiko and PIAC, Goethe-Zentrum „Bezirk“ Guadalajara, Centro Cultural Alemán San Luis Potosí, Festival Internacional de Danza Contemporánea Lila López, Coordinación Nacional de Danza, Festival Internacional de Danza de Jalisco. The initial production was created as part of the dance series Wie ich werde, wie ich sein will, funded by the Senatsverwaltung für Kultur und Gesellschaftlichen Zusammenhalt des Landes Berlin and the Hauptstadtkulturfond.
