Born in Buenos Aires/Argentina, Abel Navarro studied contemporary dance and choreography at the I.U.N.A. (National Institute of Arts). From 2003-2007 he worked for the B.A. Aerial Dance Company (Buenos Aires). Since the end of 2007 he lives and works as an independent artist in Berlin. Among others he has danced/participated or collaborated with and for several artists: Transit Dance (Barcelona), Nikeata Thompson (Berlin), Constanza Macras (Berlin), Ilonna Ottenbreit (Berlin), Teatro Salpuri (Berlin), Juliana Piquero (Berlin), Circus KaOohm (Norway) and many more. In 2010 he founded Luftdanza. A project that combines aerial dance, contemporary dance and acrobatics.
