Benjamin Krieg is an image author, designer and assembler (photography/video/film). He studied film and communication studies as well as experimental media design in Berlin and works both freelance and in the context of performance, dance and theater. Collaborations include Kirsten Burger (Sophiensaele Berlin), Heinz Emigholz, She She Pop (HAU Berlin), Monika Rechsteiner (Radialsys-tem Berlin), Yael Ronen and Thomas Ostermeier (Schaubühne Berlin), Saar Magal and Amit Drori (Munich State Opera), Hanna Slak and Guillaume Cailleau. From 2006-2010 he was a member of the Berlin group Oper Dynamo West, in 2009/10 he was a scholarship holder of the artistic promotion of young artists of the state of Berlin. His work has been shown internationally at the Contact Photography Festival Toronto, the Festival Mettre en Scène Rennes, the Berlin International Film Festival and the Almada International Theatre Festival Lisbon, among others.
