MINQ is a sound artist, researcher, educator, and DJ based in Berlin. They are exploring the realms of sound, performance, and installation. Recently, they completed a Master’s degree in Sound Studies and Sonic Arts at the Universität der Künste Berlin, focusing their research on collective performance and sound art for d/Deaf audiences. Inspired by Black queer feminism and transformative justice, MINQ investigates how listening and vocal practices can promote connection and foster transformation. At Ballhaus Naunynstraße, MINQ created the sound for productions of the  akademie der autodidakten, for QUEER & QUER (2019) and (in)VISIBLE (2019); at the party Sound of the Souls (2025) – presented by the akademie der autodidakten as part of the festival Black Berlin Black – Festivity – MINQ is involved as a DJ.
